Prompt

One enchanting original hand-drawn anime film frame, landscape 16:9. A small rounded blue river otter floats on its back in a crystal-clear moonlit pool, its cream belly above water and both little paws holding one glowing pearl-like moonstone just over its chest. Huge appealing but tasteful eyes look at the stone with delighted wonder, tiny whiskers and damp soft fur elegantly cel shaded. Water-level close medium framing makes the otter large and irresistible; translucent lily pads and small white blossoms drift around it, and a waterfall becomes soft silver ribbons in the far background. Deep cobalt water, lavender reflected sky and warm pale-gold stone light, exquisite precise linework, hand-painted watercolor background, sophisticated luminous 2D animation style. One animal, coherent paws and tail, no clothing, no text or logo.
