Our philosophy is simple: charge people who can afford Hotpot and help those who cannot. The Hotpot Happiness Guarantee protects every purchase.
Hotpot is proud to support budding entrepreneurs in Ghana, Nigeria, and other developing nations with aggressively affordable prices. Some question charging $1 per graphic because Stripe refuses to support microtransactions and extracts a painful 32.9% per transaction. Increasing prices by $1 to offset Stripe fees would be tolerable for users in America and advanced nations, but for millions of others, $1 is comparable to a full day's wage.
Minor edits for the same graphic are free for 30 days. Buy graphics with peace of mind, knowing you can make revisions if you find typos or requirements change.
We are happy to offer free and discounted services to those on ramen budgets: students, open-source developers, non-profits, startups, anyone. Learn more.
If you know people who can't afford Hotpot, please reach out. We love to help if possible.
Also, if you run a Reddit sub and would like to offer Hotpot for free, please contact us. We're happy to help fellow Redditors!
For non-AI services, we offer monthly passes for unlimited creation. Payments are flexible and fit your needs: pay once, pay monthly, or pay yearly.
One-time payments differentiate us from many others: we don't impose subscriptions if you don't need them. This is anti-user behavior. For those who prefer subscriptions, simply email us to cancel or email us again to renew. Dead simple. We pattern ourselves after the consumer-friendly models of Netflix and Starbucks: the easier we let you leave, the more likely you'll return. Imagine if Starbucks required subscriptions to buy coffee or if Netflix made it impossible to cancel.
